Individual training

You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That's why we have so many individual workout options available. Wanna use the bumper weights? No problem. Joining for a quick 3-miler on the treadmill? You'll always find a free one. You chart your fitness course. We'll be the compass - a Personal Trainer to teach you the basics then you go and apply them on your own. Great we can do that.

Group Training

There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group Personal Training classes.If you want to get PT with a friend no problem.  Our Trainers are flexible in different types of strength, cardiovascular and body weight programs.  Receive a group discount rate.
