Rules and Regulations

Men’s physique
Clothing: swim trunks/board shorts, bare feet (bring sandals for back stage)
Posing: full line up, four quarter turns. Individual 30-45 second routine. Top three final pose down
Showmanship will be counted in your score

Women’s Bikini
Clothing: Triangle bikini, heels (bring sandals for back stage)
Posing: full line up four quarter turns. Individual 30-45 second routine. Top three final pose down
Showmanship will be counted in your score

Powerlifting Men & Women
Clothing/equipment permitted: wrist wraps, belts, knee sleeves (no knee wraps). Form fitting athletic attire.
Scoring based on WILKS/pound for pound lifts to ensure fairness for open weight class

Events:
Squat: depth must be parallel/90 degrees. Spotters available or bring your own. If spotter touches bar or assists the lift will not count.
Bench press: feet/toes must stay on the ground (plates added to ground if feet cannot reach ground). Shoulder blades and glutes must stay in contact with the bench. Bar must touch chest and cannot bounce or waiver on the way up. Spotters available or bring your own. If spotter touches bar or assists the lift will not count.
Deadlift: once hands are on bar, bar cannot be released.  Must stand fully with knees in a locked position. Bar must continuously move upward on the lift. Must follow through on downward movement.
